A Premium refurbished phone looks and feels like new, with no scratches, marks, or imperfections. Each device is thoroughly cleaned, tested, and inspected, giving you a fresh-out-of-the-box experience. This is the highest grade of refurbished device available.

A Pristine refurbished phone shows only minor signs of careful use, with up to a few tiny micro-scratches that are barely visible. The screen may have very faint marks, but overall the device looks virtually untouched. This grade offers excellent quality and performance at great value.

A Very Good refurbished phone is in full working order with normal signs of wear and tear. It may have minor scratches or scuffs on the housing or screen, but these do not affect functionality. This grade offers an exceptional value device that’s in great shape.

A Good refurbished phone is in full working condition but shows noticeable signs of use, including light scuffs, scratches, or minor dings on the housing and screen. Despite these marks, the device remains fully functional and reliable, offering a solid, value-for-money option.

You can return your phone within 14 days, provided the following conditions are met:
  • The phone is in pristine condition
  • The original box and all accessories are returned undamaged
  • Any additional gifts or promotional products are returned undamaged
  • All locks or passwords have been removed with the phone reset to factory settings
