What's a refurbished phone?

A refurbished phone is a pre-owned phone that's been fully tested, repaired if needed, and brought back to an excellent cosmetic and working condition. It looks and performs like new, but comes at a lower price and with a smaller environmental footprint.

Are the handsets checked and certified?

Yes. Every device is thoroughly inspected by an expert team using industry-standard software. Each handset goes through a detailed 87-point check covering everything from battery health and audio to camera performance.

Is there a warranty?

Absolutely. Every refurbished phone comes with a 12-month warranty covering technical faults or defects, plus a 14-day return period if you change your mind. So you can buy with confidence knowing you're fully covered.
